Before you request: Make sure to read TOS otherwise I will not take your commission.

Terms & services: I will draw Humans, Humanoids, Fanarts of any existing characters. I will NOT draw Furries, Mecha, Body Horror, Explicit Sexual Content, Hate speech/offensive content, Political content, Fetish content.

- I only take payment via VGen. Please have your payment ready.

- The final product will be delivered via VGen,

- Prices may vary depending on the complexity of character's design.
I may turn down any commissions for any reason.

- I take full payment upfront before I start the commission.
- Priority fees may be charged if a commission has a strict deadline

- I may make any revisions after the final delivery.

- Commissions may range from a month or more, depending on complexity and personal schedule
- If commission has a deadline less than a week, then priority fees may be charged

Use: DO NOT use the artist's commissions for anything outside of personal use.
DO NOT feed the artist's work into any blockchain technology AND/OR machine learning.
DO NOT use the artist's for anything related to NFTs (non-fungible tokens), digital currency, etc.
Please tag me if you are posting my art anywhere on social media or credit me on other platforms

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS:
- I retain full copyright ownership of your commission.
- I do not claim rights of any characters or designs commissioned to me.
- I have the rights to use your commission for my portfolio and posting on social media unless you paid the privacy fee.
- Using my artwork for AI, NFTs, or any crypto-related uses is strictly forbidden

- I will only full refund if I haven't started the commission.
